Title Examination & Ownership Reports
We perform thorough and diligent examinations of the county's public records. All past deeds, wills, and trusts, from patent to present ownership, are reviewed to verify that the title has passed correctly to each new owner through a chain of title. The examination includes verifying all prior mortgages, liens judgments, and taxes, if any, have been paid in full.

Abstracts of Title
We provide a complete historical list of all legal documents of record in the county public records, Federal BLM Land Office, and State Land Board Offices, from patent to present, including deeds, judgments, and liens.
Heirship / Probate Records Search
At times, ownership can become very complex and challenging to follow when a mineral owner passes away, notably if they passed away intestate (died without a valid will in place). We have the expertise in identifying, locating, proving, and reporting the known and unknown heirs.

We also locate and obtain copies of probate case files from county courthouses and archives.
Due Diligence
We assist diligently and discreetly in the review of records both internally and externally in validating mineral ownership, examining leasehold assignments, and checking liens, judgments, taxes, and encumbrances.

Lease and Mineral Acquisition
We assist in the Oil and Gas Leasing and Mineral Acquisition, from the search for unleased mineral owners to contacting owners, negotiating, preparing, and delivering documents for execution, to lease and purchase reports and recording. We handle the whole process.
